    Yes, that’s what I’m referring to. Let the cold break happen inside the BK, then transfer and leave that all out of the fermenter.

    I feel like that’s what I’m leaning more towards. Cooling it while recirculating to the BK for whirlpool means all the cold break is kept out of the fermenter.
