I would add that little extra hops, remember you don't dry hop the Dead Guy Ale. My DGA turned out great taste wise but is my first batch that refuses to carbonate. :(

My response was to him asking about getting an actual Kegerator for $200...not a good idea IMO. Now of course like you said he can buy a new freezer and convert it.

I have to be honest here. I like advice from my LHBS but cannot ****ing stand when they try to change a recipe that I walk in there with. Especially since by the time I walk in to buy ingredients I know exactly what the hell I am looking for.

I made a Dead Guy Ale and althought it has not fully carbonated yet (just over 2 weeks in bottles), I did not use Pacman yeats for obvious reasons but it turned out awesome. I just checked my notes and I did not record the yeast I used. :(
