    Constant contamination

    I am asking for some help around here as I am starting to lose hope. I brewed 4 beer at my apartment, and only one of them turned out as not contaminated. The exact type I am not sure, I am guessing it is lactobacillus, but it can be something else. It smells and tastes sour, a bit like vinegar...
