I recently went from cooler and braid to keggle with 15" false bottom when mixing grain's at 1.25 as usual with braid mash seem's 3 time's thicker do you usually ad additional water to make up for the space lost under the false bottom or will it work out with recirculation

Looking for a good beer to brew that the wife will fall in love with so she wont complain to much about me brewing and haveing it on my mind all the time lol

I have been lerking around for about six month's and wanted to say that I have gotten so much info off of here that I apreciate it tottally.. If any one else around this area let me know haven't run into to many people around here that brew anything but wine not saying it's not some good wine
