    Label Removal Thread

    I use a bucket of bleach water to remove labels. Haven't found anything it doesn't work on and just keep reusing the bucket until all the bottles are clean. Set the bottles in and walk away (take a nap, drink a beer, etc.) and the labels wipe off. Rubber gloves are nice. Not earth friendly...

    Help needed in my AG setup.

    I purchased a Coleman Cooler (white) with a removable drain. Took it to the local hardware store and had him fit it with brass values. My manifold made from copper pipe sits on the bottom and drain tube arcs slightly over the 3/8" tube into the drain hole. I have never noticed any wort left...

    Extreme Carbonation Problem

    I've run into the same problem recently on several beers brewed weeks apart. And yet one kind that has been fine. I am not sure that contamination is not my problem and maybe yours as well. I plan to be a much more aggressive with sanitation the next couple of batches and see what happens...
