Hi Quick questions - any risk in using a 5 gal fermentor bucket for a 2.5 gal batch? My initial worry would be oxidation however i reckon that the oxygen wont harm the beer when the fermentation is starting up, and will eventually be pushed out with the Co2being produced Thoughts?
