Bob I have to give you credit for an AWESOME recipe. This is a great beer. I have already bought the ingredients to brew it again. I did use WLP002 instead of S-04 though.

Any of you guys who have done a larger batch have any issues with clearing? I did a 3g batch at the begining of Decemeber and it is still pretty cloudy.

Are you guys adding the strawberries to primary? I am going to get it going this weekend, but I think I might add them to secondary. I have read that fruit in the primary can lead to less flavor and aroma. Thoughts?

Are you suppose to bring anything to a boil? It seems like you would want to after the grains were steeped and the dme was added. But I didn't see anything mentioned and I'm going to get a batch going soon.

I built an Ugly Drum Smoker. I love it. I have cooked all kinds of things on it. I even did an overnight cook. I highly recommend it. Here is a picture from when I first built it. I have added pipe nipples and a valve to the intakes instead of using the magnets.

This recipe looks pretty good and I want to get a cake of S-04. I think I am going to have to brew this. Now to find some of this Demerara sugar. I'll let you know how it turns out.
