    Switched outlet for a Hot Rod heat stick

    I'm looking for instructions for a switched outlet for a Brewhardware Hot Rod 1650W heat stick. I don't need to control the level of power - just need on/off and I'd rather not facilitate that by either killing the portable GFCI I plug it in to or by pulling the cord from the outlet.

    Brewjacket sleeved grommet

    Does anyone know where to get the sleeved grommet? Mine split and I don't need the whole blowoff kit. Quick searches of Lowes and Home Depot didn't produce any results. The black tapered grommet in this photo is what I'm looking for. I would guess the replacement doesn't need to be tapered...

    Induction plate ons metal surface?

    I have acquired a small metal cart I am considering using with my induction plates. After I got it home I realized it is steel and not aluminum. Will this be a problem? Will the plate also heat the cart or cause interference? Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

    1800 watt induction burner

    I'm considering getting two induction burners for winter brewing. I'd use these for mash and sparge but will be still boiling outside with propane. Does anyone use one of these burners? Pros/Cons? Rosewill Advantco Duxtop Max Burton
