I understand that frivolous lawsuits coming out of prisons are a fairly common problem mucking up the court system. Inmates with way too much time on their hands get access to law books and start writing up lawsuits.

You're rushing your beer. I know it's hard to be patient with your first batch, but it'll get easier as you brew more. Rule of thumb is 1 week in primary and 2 in secondary. Once you bottle I would say it's a minimum of three weeks in the bottle before you should think about drinking your...

They're both good, but the BYO has many more recipes for less money, great value!

I would start with 5.5 gallons on your first one and see how much boil off you have.

I would add that three months in the bottle is probably the absolute minimum to condition a triple. It would probably continue to improve after that. Mine's been bottled around 3 months now, probably time to test one.
