    Crankandstein grain mill

    I received a Crankandstein grain mill for Christmas. Wonderful present. The first thing I did was to take it apart to see how it works. The gap is adjusted by the eccentric bearing is on the right. It seems an eccentric bearing means the hole is off center, those mechanical engineers are smart.
