    Rinsing

    What is the process of rinsing? We are brewing our first batch tomorrow and it says to rinse after the first boil. I am not sure what this entails. The directions do not mention the process only the act of.... This is an Abita TurboDog recipe.

    Anyone heard of - (Unibroue)

    Unibroue out of Canada. They make quite a few triple fermented beers that have always appealed to my tastebuds. Anyone tried this process. Amazing beers!

    Kits

    Anyone have a preference on kits to use or a good vendor? I would like to be able to have about three going in a given period so I would like some info on what the basics would be and then the additional supplies needed for additional brewing. thanks for any suggestions.

    The next new guy

    Howdy folks, I brewed back in college and have completly forgotten all I had learned. I had a buddy of my Bro-in-Law come by Friday with an amazing pale ale. Holy moly it was good. It has inspired me to get back into brewing.
