    DIY Beer Line Cleaner

appreciate the research on this line cleaner approach. I purchased the 3/8" FL - 3/8" FIP brass fitting from amazon, then went to Lowes and purchased the multi purpose sprayer, one gallon from roundup. I have several old used soda kegs and pretty sure they are firestone post, screwed the brass...

    ideas on fixing stir plate

I took the stir plate apart, I think there is a bad bearing in the panasonic electronic governor motor mm16s. Not that that does me any good knowing that.

    ideas on fixing stir plate

I emailed Hanna, they replied:The stirrer is no longer under warranty. We charge $60.00/hr for labor. A new stirrer has a list price of $84.00. It is not cost effective to repair this. so that is that. I went ahead and ordered one from stirplate

the light comes on, but no spinnning, did not make the noise it usually does. I took the cover off, plugged in, turned on, the thing turned a couple of times then stops.

    Another Banjo Burner Question

I agree, what is the difference, I bought my burner used, but is has the bayou classic emblem on the side of it, has a high pressure regulator on it, and 10inch burner, I can get 5 brews plus a partial brew on mine. 5 gal brews, heating for all grain, boiling 7 gal each time.

bayau classic propane burner pressure ??

I think the splitting off of the big tank is good, but not cost effective for me, my big tank is clear on the other side of the house, I have easy access from inside the house where I want the new connection. So the question is, will a low pressure valve work on this burner? I know I don't need...

bayau classic propane burner pressure ??

I can not find any info on the burner, it is 10 inches across, after doing a search on the internet, it looks like the ' Kick A Banjo Burner'. The regulator is the lp high pressure. I understand replacing the regulator, but do not see where this drilling would be? thanks

bayau classic propane burner pressure ??

I am, brewing all grain also, usually 7 gallons to start, have to turn down the burner so I don't boil away too much, I end up with 5.5 gals., I do work with a good rolling boil

bayau classic propane burner pressure ??

I do not know what pressure I currently have on this burner, there are no numbers indicating the psi it has. The tank I was speaking of is your normal tank you see on gas grills. I think it is 40lbs full, 19lbs empty. I get 5 brews out of it. thanks for the info.

bayau classic propane burner pressure ??

I hope this question has not been asked before. I have a bayau classic burner, it is what I would call a big burner, I use a small propane tank (40 lbs full) and I am tired of running out of propane. My house has a large propane tank and I was wanting to run a connection to the outside deck and...

Anyone build a bar w/ a Kegerator and Taps?

I have a wetbar in my home which is located next to the crawlspace, so I put a chest freezer in there, ran pvc pipe from the freezer to the wall, took a wooden 5 gallon keg and cut it in half, put the valve/fawcet on the end of the keg, ran the keg line inside the pvc pipe. works very nice...
