    Secondary Question

    The guy who owns the brew supply store i go to once told me that he even sometimes racks into a third to help settle debris. Havn't tried it yet but I will once my brew is at that stage, if it needs it.

    I don't have any dry malt extract. Should I get some? And if so what kind is recomended? Remember I'm doing the Coopers Pilsner, and Coopers Australian Lager. Do I really need to add a DME? Or can I go without it?
