    what to brew first?

    so i want to brew a golden ale with a citrus and earthy tones, and an amber ale with nutty and honey tones. which should i brew first and what might be good recipes? also if you have any good lagers that would help to, because i want to make one of those too.

    trying a golden and an amber ale

    so i am going to try a golden ale and an amber ale this winter break. i wanted my golden ale to have some citrus and earthy tones and i wanted the amber ale to have tones of nut and honey. i really think that these could be interesting beers. does any one have any recipes that are good?

    Leinenkugel?

    I tried linenkugal a few months ago. i tried their summer brew, the sunsetwheat, and the honey wise. i very much like them all, esp the their summer verity. what kind of beers are these? i not sure and would like to maybe at some point see if i cant try to brew something like it.
