    All Grain - Off flavors

    I have been brewing for like 3 or 4 years. I quickly made the move from partial and extract to all grain as I am (or was) a culinary professional and felt that using extracts was kind of cheating.     No fermentation after 5 days

    I brewed the following recipe on Sun 7/25/2010. I pitched a bit warm as it is summer and very difficult to get the temp down using my wort chiller because the water is just not as cold as other times of the year.     The everlasting fermentation!

    I have an all grain Tripel Karm clone in the secondary and it spent 2 weeks in the primary (2nd day I came home and the bucket was bloated and the airlock was clogged. Fermented like crazy! First time I ever used yeast nutrient). It was still fermenting when I racked, but had a gravity of 1.011...
