    Coffee Wine

    Just out of whim, googled wine coffee and found this thread. I'll be making some very very soon. Reason I got the idea was my very successful trial making ginger beer-coffee, simply but ginger-honey syrup into cold-brew coffee and added ginger-bug, bottled and after few days it was wonderful.
