    I want to brew a clone of Double Two Hearted but am not sure how to adjust the hop schedule. Using the base recipe, from Bells, for Two Hearted I've calculated I need about 21 lbs base malt and 15 oz of hops. Regular Two Hearted has 45 and 30 min additions plus dry hop.     Stirring during dough in

    Is it possible to mix too much or too vigorously? I used a paint mixer during dough in for my last batch. I ended up with a stuck sparge as if the grain had been milled to fine. Has anyone else had this issue? Is it just me?

    Reiterated Mash

    I use a Grainfather and am trying this for the 1st time. Equally split 32 lb grain bill and 2nd resulted in a stuck sparg . Is the answer to just add rice hulls to 2nd mash step? Any other pointers? Can't find much information about this process online...

    Krausen and dry hop

    So I have a huge layer of krausen on my latest IPA... I tossed my dry hop pellets on top... they should settle in and do the job, right? OG 1.084 been fermenting 10 days... added 1 oz each of centennial and columbus.

    New Grainfather Owner

    I just brewed with my Grainfather today and am concerned the control box is bad... Bluetooth won't connect to my Galaxy S9 Temperature reading is all over the map (pics included) Is this common? Advice? Ideas?

    Recirculate Counterflow Chilling

    I have limited spots in my home to connect the Grainfather counterflow chiller. I was thinking of using a pump to create a self contained system where ice water was pumped through the chiller and recirculated over ice to keep it cold during the entire cooling process. Has anyone else done this...
