    Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

    Brewing this and thinking about splitting the batch and adding lactose and coffee to one. Has any one tried this? is adding lactose to get more body a terrible idea for this beer?
