    started my first cider today. Hoping it turns out. 4 gallons apple juice (made from frozen concentrate) 1 gallon cranberry juice S-04 Yeast pitched at 70 degrees we'll see how it goes.

    SO, with my well has too much iron, so I know I won't be able use my domestic water. I live near enough to Olympia, I can go get the artesian well water...would that be suitable for Stout and porter?
