    Storing applejack ?

    So, I found my applejack oxidized and turned bitter shortly after making it. I did not bottle it so much as just fill a mason jar almost to the brim and put a new lid on it in the fridge. Definitely got a bitter taste, to the point it was not enjoyable to drink anymore, in maybe 1-2 weeks...
