    When I made a batch, I noticed the maple syrup mostly just fermented and didn't leave much maple flavor.     Youthberry Tea Mead

    How did it come out? My girlfriend loves youthberry tea. Did it really pull through alot of the flavor, or just kind of a secondary flavor?

    Mead yeast

    I usually use any wine yeast as Mead is very similar to wine. I find EC-1118 is pretty foolproof but strips most of the flavor, especially in Melomels.

    Buckwheat Mead

    I made buckwheat mead, added peach and mulling spices in secondary. Man it came out spicy but good, definitely has to age a bit and mellow out.
