    Priming

    I am pretty close to the bottling stage. I have white priming sugar that came with the bock kit. Any suggestions on using something other than white sugar to improve taste?

    First beer

    Took my first gravity reading 8 days later. After taking the measurement I tasted the ale and it was pretty watery. Should I be worried or is that normal at this point?
