    Site gauge -- not glass?

    mysterious.... no trub from cold break

    Hi guys, a question for the experts: Yesterday I made a batch of beer. After a 60 min full wort boil, I pumped the wort through my CFC and into another kettle to settle out. The temperature dropped from boiling to 50 F in under 10 minutes, which is good, and yet... No trub. NONE...
