    birch beer, perlick?

    If i run a keg of birch or root beer through a perlick faucet, does it run the risk of damaging it or permanently imparting a smell to it? I wanna put a batch of birch beer through a long line, but dont want to end up wasting a perlick faucet on just soda later....

    alright so here's the deal. i have a beer that looks like its sprouting a possible lacto infection, or some infection of some sort. it is at a point where i think it is delicious and perfect for kegging... the question is: can i kill the wild yeast, yeast, whatever, and force carbonate...
