I recently completed a brew stand, and cussed far too much trying to install these! So I followed the Brutus 10 plans and just have a standing pilot light. Two available, and everything is there to make them work. You just may need a few fittings to fit your application. $50 each.

So, I cold crashed my barley wine, and it appears that a vaccuum was created in one of the carboys and sucked about a half gallon of nasty, 6 week old, blow off starsan solution into the blow off tube. I didn't notice it becuase the tube was so nasty from the blowoff. I kegged both carboys...

I received about 40 lbs of curshed crystal 150. Anyone have any ideas for brews that would use a lot of this? I have it in a giant ziplock bag, but am worried about how fresh it is based on how it was stored by the person that gave it to me.
