Its been 4 ,5 weeks since i bottled my first brew. I used the primming sugar that came with the kit and followed the directions. Question is do you have to put all the bottles in the fridge at some point or is it ok to only fridge before you plan on drinking? Kind of seemes like the beers...

Brand new to homebrewing and having a blast. About 5 years ago I got a Mr. Beer kit as a gift. Had all intention in giving it a shot at that time. The kit ended up in a closet and saw it again about a month ago. So I ordered new extract on Amazon and brewed it up. Just bottled it last night...
