I am 4 brews in using my Robobrew and keep getting what looks like a lot of floaties(grain) into my boil. I tried using the fine screen last brew hoping it would help but still looked like lots made it through. Could stirring to hard while mashing in be my problem?

Canada, I would use it to monitor fermentation chamber.

I have a keg in my fridge that is carbed up and has had a couple tester pints taken from it through the picnic tap, but I now want to leave said keg untouched till party at end of June. Should I disconnect the picnic tap or will it hurt to leave it on?

Just brewed this as my second all grain ever and of course forgot about the honey. Just wondering how long everybody is leaving it in primary for? Guessing not many are doing secondary but for primary is it 14 days? 21?30? or is it making a difference?

Can a guy get away without cold crashing and gelatin? Say primary for 20 days and straight to keg, will I get clear beer?

Good day, I am a new, want to be brewer from Medicine Hat Alberta.

Are all campden tablets made the same? The ones I have say contain sodium metabisulphite but I have read in places that they are suppose to be potassium metabisulphite. Also I am trying to make my first gallon of wine from some plums and added the yeast about half hour after mixing everything...
