Well I started the 19th that's when I pitched the 1st yeast then the 24th I pitched the 1 tablespoon of yeast (and the thermometer I got with the kit I think something's wrong with it) But it read at 40°f for like 1day I got it setting with a heating pad around the carboy in it's box it was...
