    Average age of home brewers......

    I’m 23 and I do about two 5 gal batches a month, sometimes more! Brewed 20 gals this past Monday (15 gals for a friends bday party in a few months)

    Planning on getting a sheet of cement board to lay down underneath, other than that, I’ll just be keepin an eye on it. Water level will be roughly 6” below the top so hopefully it doesn’t. Good observation though!

    Hey guys, I’m going to make this brew, but in a even smaller batch.. I am going to cut the 5.5 in half & make it. I am curious if the hops are the exact same? Like the centennial hops that you add at 60 & 40mins, and cascade at 20 & 5 mins are they the same? I would only need to open one packet...
