I just started a batch of this last night. The primary is going strong and I will check back in when I transfer to the secondary.

I brewed this last weekend. Just took my first final reading and was at 1.010 on day 9. I will take one more reading tomorrow and hopefully bottle. Thanks for the great recipe!

I took a hydrometer reading once the beer had cooled after the boil. Used a 5 gal cooler w/ false bottom as a mash tun.

Did my first all-grain batch on Saturday. Gravity came in .010 lower than the recipe indicated it would come in at. Overall it was good experience and I am looking forward for the next one.

Just made a batch! Can't wait to bottle and taste.

I've been using filtered tap water up in Woodbridge and have not had any water issues yet.

I always warn friends about this when they first start drinking homebrewed beer.

Looking to purchase a 15 gal keg to transform into a keggle. Not looking for something that was not returned after placing a deposit. I am in the MD/VA/DC area.
