Very soon, one week I am hoping to toast some apple chips on the grill and add them to the secondary of an amber ale I'm making. I'll let you know it turns out.
Did you sanitize your chips before addition to the secondary?
I have the ez cap bottles which I prefer.
Labeling is a problem though. What do people do for this. Are there lables which come off easy. I have also heard that a silver sharpie is good, but can you remove the letters easily.
