Googled adjusting internal freezer settings. Looking for a way to set thermostat at 33° instead of freezing solid. Wife's kimchi kept freezing solid, found the fix here. Not a home brewer but I might become one, always wanted to try it.

I don't do homebrew, but my wife (Korean) does make kimchi (actually fermented cabbage so in a way it is homebrew). I have a Majic Chef 6.9 that we bought to keep kimchi in, needs to be about 33°. The course adjustment fix has it at 34° instead of freezing solid...
