    Northwestern CT 22.3cu/ft Keezer Build

Hey everyone!! Its been a long time since updating my build thread. I actually did this video update a year ago talking about the various things I've run into and what I would change etc. The bilge fan failed after a bit over two years. It is a brush motor and yup the brushes failed. Still it...

Building a Home Brew & Pub Setup

How are the CT homebrewers doing? Been busy for the upcoming holiday season! I still got a heifweisen and a S'mores Stout to make this week! That leaves two more taps to fill. Probably some sodas to mix it up from all the booze that will be on tap! Just finished carbonating an Irish Red Ale!

Building a Home Brew & Pub Setup

Here is a video tour of the basement space. I wasn't able to turn on everything and have food cooking, but I believe it gives a great representation of the overall space. The two pinball machines are Embryon and X's & O's. Both are very low production games and rare, especially the Embryon which...

Sorry for the delay!! Here is the brewery setup. Will be working on a video on the rest of the basement. Need to stage the place with the proper lighting and all the "attractions" setup. :)

Building a Home Brew & Pub Setup

Hey all! Pics and videos are coming. Finally scheduled some time for my friend to come over and hook up the sink! I bought $45 worth of propress fittings for the supply lines, $35 for the waste stack parts, cost of the pump which escapes me ATM, and finally the cost for my friends time with the...

Building a Home Brew & Pub Setup

Hey All! Been a while. A quick update, i got 3 beer kits and a wine kit ill be brewing in the coming weeks. In other news, my stainless sink I ran all the rough plumbing in, getting my friend over to splice the supply lines in two weeks. My bilge fan in the keezer failed after a bit over 3.5...

Building a Home Brew & Pub Setup

Its not easy. What I think are deals its harder to convince the wife sometimes. I hope to do a proper video tour soon and post here. All the major work is done and doing little things in terms of decor. The sink will be hooked up in the next month or two. I need to get brewing for a home brew...

    Pump for basement sink?

I got a Simer 2935B pump that will go right under the sink itself hooked into the house waste stack. It comes with a steel cup filter that prevents big debris from entering the pump. The sink drain assembly itself also has such a screen to protect the pump. The Simer pump is similar to the...

Building a Home Brew & Pub Setup

Which part exactly? I have seen some very impressive setups that blow mine clear out of the water for sure. Much of the ideas I got for my setup came from HBT and Pinside forums!

Building a Home Brew & Pub Setup

Hey guys. Welp going to finally tackle this project now that the electrical stuff is all done. I ordered a Simer 2935B utility pump used off ebay. It comes with the screen, shut off valve, and the check valve so the drain water does not back wash into the sink. It was used but still in good...

Building a Home Brew & Pub Setup

Hey everyone, Finally had a chance to post a new video of the brewery area. More pictures of some recent mods to folow. I rebuilt my brewery controller. Basically put it in a larger enclosure box, added some more fans for cooling, and added a switch for the pump outlet to control that.

Seriously cant wait to use it. Even after scrubbing and cleaning the crap out of it, soon as you turn it on it smells like a pizza 🍕 place downstairs. Really gives the basement space some authenticity haha!

Building a Home Brew & Pub Setup

Hey everyone! Quick update and hope everyone had a great holiday. To cover on the previous comments I did have the thought of using SharkBite fittings but a good friend of mine who is a plumber and HVAC guy said that he personally hates them and the industry tends to shun them for any...
