    I brewed 6 gallons of wheat beer, I want to bottle 1 gallon wheat beer and 5 gallons of raspberry. I have 5 oz of priming sugar how do I split the priming sugar so I can carbonate the wheat beer and have enough to carbonate the raspberry beer?

    Want to buy 10 gallon stainless steel kettle and burner

    Like it says I want to buy a stainless steel kettle and a burner. I would like the kettle to be 10 gallon does not need to have a ball valve. I also would like a burner that can handle 5-8 gallon batches. I live in north east Wisconsin.

    Thickness of brew kettle

    I want to start using a burner to brew my beer. I am concerned that my brew kettle walls are to thin. Is there a minimum thickness of walls I should have so I don't burn my beer?
