I bought 3 corney kegs from a guy for dirt cheap butttt they have mold on the inside. what are the best tools and solutions to get them cleaned up and prevent this in the future?

Like it says I want to buy a stainless steel kettle and a burner. I would like the kettle to be 10 gallon does not need to have a ball valve. I also would like a burner that can handle 5-8 gallon batches. I live in north east Wisconsin.
I want to start using a burner to brew my beer. I am concerned that my brew kettle walls are to thin. Is there a minimum thickness of walls I should have so I don't burn my beer?
