I use a beergun to do this. But im sure you could just use a sodastreamer bouttle and a regulater with a pvc hose to get some co2 on top of the mead. But easiest way is to shake some co2 out of solution if you have some left from fermentation.

I bottled and waxed mine i will open one every year and see if it turns good.(not something i think is possible, couse mine came out terrible..)

I would use Wyeast 4632 yeast with 2 pounds and 2.04 ounces of honey that make about 12%Abv mead and bottle condition will make it sparkling. (1gallon)

I just made a 10 liter batch of Blueberry Blossom mead. So that half gallon is sorted. 408 Gallons

The carboy is not a 1 gallon its 5 liters but since most use 1 gallon batches so did i.

I moved mine to coldcrash while im away for a couple of days. Does not look that good right now...
