Any chance we can change the date of the draft? I have another live draft that evening that starts 2 hours prior to this one. If not, that's cool. I can setup auto-picks, but prefer the fun of picking live.

It may be attributed to your water, but you haven't mentioned your hop schedule. With the right schedule and poor hop utilization we can point to water chemistry. Otherwise, it could be due to some other factors(low AA, old hops, etc.) Off topic - My family lives in Huntington, but I now live...

To me, its strange that your regulator isn't maintaining the right pressure when you have a good tank of gas. I agree that the CO2 will go into solution more readily at lower temperatures, but your regulator should maintain the pressure. Do you have another regulator you could try? I would...

I agree, stouts have potential to be a big beer, but not always depending on ABV. In my experience, stouts get better with age as they will mellow out and you don't require the freshness of the highly hopped brew.
