    Pull up Austin in google maps and search for brewery. Get a visual on who is where and make you decision. That is what I would do. If you don't have a car you can get a taxi or Uber. Hell, I think Uber is doing horse drawn carriages now if that's your thing.

    Have you looked in to the cool brewing bags? I'm in Austin, keep the house at 75 in the summer and can keep mid 60s by using 3 frozen 2l bottles and swapping every morning.
