Hello, what is the rule of thumb for contitioning beer?
I have a 6.1% ABV beer. I used 6lbs LME, 2lbs honey, about 1lb grains, hops, ect. I fermented it for 3 weeks and it ended at 1.014. I racked it for 1 week to clear, and racked to a keg. I hit it with co2 for 2 weeks. The beer is carbed...
