    Simple batch sparge question.

    Hey all, I hope someone can clear this up for me. When batch sparging do you let your first running go till the grain bed is dry or do you drain just till the top of the bed and then add your sparge water? Thanks

    Is my cooler a good size

    I have been given a cooler for free and i would like to convert it to an MLT. The inside dimensions are roughly 13.5" wide x 34.5" long x 13" tall which by my calculations is roughly 24 gallons or 96 quarts. I currently brew 5 gallon batches but plan on doing 10 gallon in the future. Is this...

    Blind Pig IPA

    Hey everyone, I currently have a Blind Pig IPA from more beer. I am currently dry hopping at the moment. This Friday will be two weeks in the fermenter. My question is has anyone brewed this before? And what do you guys recomend I carb it at. Thanks
