in my experience, oxygenation is a myth; you don't need a bottling wand, unless you find it more convenient. I bottle directly from a spigot (no wand) into the bottles. I've never noticed an issue. I don't age my beer so that might help. I drink it fresh. onepotbrewing.wordpress.com

42 dollars for a batch of IPA is a lot of money. Assuming you get 50 beers, that's almost a dollar a beer, not far from buying it at the store. Still, your money saving tips are great. I just think extract is way too expensive to be financial viable. Under 4 dollars a six pack is what I consider...

First, I agree this is much simpler than the traditional, 3 vessel all grain brewing. However, cleaning those bags is not fun (I'm a BIAB brewer, so I know), and you have many sticky bags to clean. that would such for me. Also, this isn't a one vessel system. It's at least two, probably three...
