    How did you attach the collar to the fridge? Glue? Can you attach it with brackets or would that damage the insulation too much? Please advise. Only need an inch or two to fit a bucket or carboy.

    My efficiency is usually between 70 and 80% What can I do to guarantee the next batch will be better? Throw away all plastic? Mash at 160? Add lactic acid and gypsum? Do I need to throw away all my saved yeast and start over?
