    I tapped my beer straight from primary and, of course, it's very green and mega-hoppy. American IPA. Should I pull it out of the kegerator and let sit at room temp for a couple of weeks to mellow out, or can it stay in the kegerator and it will mellow on it's own? Right now, at least for me...

    My question is to any folks here in San Antonio.. What are your thoughts on brewing with the local tap water? Also, would you trust any of those drive-up water refill machines? BTW.. Racked my first beer on Saturday. Very excited. Thanks! -Jason
