Two Tier HERMS Brew Stand and Equipment for sale

Gentlemen, The wife and I recently welcomed our first kid into the world and naturally, the rig is having to find a new home. I built this rig over the past 5 or so years. It’s a two tier HERMS with 3 keggles, a chugger pump, plate chiller and two burners all on casters. Between the HERMS...

    My first Lager Experience questions.

Woke up this morning to an overflowing blowoff tube on the Oktoberfest. All is well. Glad I listened to the wisdom of the predecessors on this thread. I appreciate the help.

    My first Lager Experience questions.

Has anyone used WLP800 on anything besides a Pilsner? I was a little apprehensive about using it on the Oktoberfest. I didn’t know if it would dry it out too much and cut into the big beefy malt body I was looking for

    My first Lager Experience questions.

    My first Lager Experience questions.

Show Me Your Wood Brew Sculpture/Rig

Just put the finishing touches on my rig tonight. Added some more heat shielding to my burner bays and hooked up my gas lines. Doing my first brew with it this weekend. Hope it doesn't turn into a Bon fire.....

Show us your sculpture or brew rig

Appreciate the feedback guys. First of all, I know the pump is upside down, I was going to flip my head before testing it out. In regards to the charring concern, I might go back and install flashing that covers the entire height of of the 2x6 and install some fireplace insulation between the...

Show us your sculpture or brew rig

This is my first rig that i have built so far. I wanted to do it right the first time and so i went with a 2 tier option so i only need 1 pump, the Mash tun is gravity fed down to the boil kettle. I also went ahead and made the top tier detachable if i ever decide to turn it into a single tier...
