After seeing some people on the forum using fans for foam control, I used a hair dryer last night- worked great, and might be a convenient option for those of us stuck brewing in kitchens.

That's exactly the kind of immersion chiller I aspire to put together. What length is that, and what's the OD of the copper? You just bent it by hand?
