    It's was 1.010 last night but there is still a bit of fermenting going on. On the wine side you can usually get down to 0.994 before fermentations stops but then again you want all the yeast to be dead in non-sparkling wines. Alex

    I am looking for different kinds of beers to make and while I usually drink commercial beers like Samuel Adams Boston Lager, Killian's Irish Red and Pete's Wicked Ale a friend suggested that I might like India Pale Ale.
