    Filtering Wort

    I use one of these: http://www.northernbrewer.com/double-mesh-stainless-strainer When it starts getting clogged up, I just flick it into the sink, and carry on. Yes, some hops still gets into the fermenter, but it's an easy enough step, and minimizes the amount of hops that end up in secondary.

    Need Suggestions for Green Bay and Madison

    As others have said, Ale Asylum and Karben4 are two of the better ones in Madison. Try to get some Bedlam on tap- it's amazing.

    Favorite canned beers

    Anything from Tall Grass- their Buffalo Sweat stout is awesome, and Velvet Rooster (tripel) and Zombie Monkey (porter) are amazing. Also love 6-point's Bengali.

    Sweet Stout Left Hand Milk Stout Clone

    Made this last night. My efficiency was a tad high, so I ended up with 5.5 gallons of 1.062. Darn... I guess I'll have to drink that half gallon :D Thanks for the recipe.
