    1-Gallon Brewers UNITE!

    I used White Lab's vials and marked it into 5 divisions and poured in a 1/5 each batch. I've never had an issue. But now I guess they're going to plastic packages. I used a wyeast smack pack, poured it into a flask and poured in about half. Worked well too.

    Hey from small town Illinois

    Greetings from another small town in Illinois. Also got started with Brooklyn brew a while back, and been doin 1 gallon all grain ever since. Love the ability to experiment. Let me know if you have some great recipes to try

    1-Gallon Brewers UNITE!

    Love 1 gallon batches. Just added a temperature controller to the set up. As for yeast, I usually take a ruler to the white labs vial, make 5 divisions, and pour in one division each batch. Hasn't let me down yet.
