    I got the case off here's a better shot of what I'm working with. The piece sticking out on the front is what I'm thinking is my adjustment screw.

    So I just picked up a freezer off of kijiji and I can't seem to find where the adjustment screw is. I'll post some pics below but should I pull this metal box out of its plastic case to get a better look.

    The original batch was intended to be 5 gallons, but with the stuck/really slow sparge we got 3ish, then I topped up with what we were unable/too impatient to get out of the mash tun (frozen stuff) a couple weeks later.
