Kegged it last night. Hit my FG of 1.012. Fermented at 54 for 10 days. Then set it to 58 for 7 days. Did a rest for 3 days at 65. Dropped it to 40 for two weeks before kegging. Took a taste pre CO2, tastes great. Will post a pic Monday night when I have the first glass!

Thanks Thorrak and day_trippr! I figured the response would be quick, and I started reading as I waited. It sounds like I should try a new SD card anyhow first. There is a good chance that is the problem. I'll try all that before I buy a new RPi. I'll post my progress here!

Update: Been fermenting (brewPi, kept at 67 F) since Sept 17th(about 10 days). Took a gravity reading. Mine is at 1.012, buddy's at 1.010. The San Diego Super Yeast really took off and fermented like crazy for about 4 days. Added 2 oz of Citra for dry hop to each carboy today. Will start...

Worked great. No off flavors, good price. I used 12 feet. At about 14 PSI and 36°. A lot less foam/head than my previous setup. I also replaced the faucets with new Perlicks. I used small hose clamps(metal). Seems to work fine, just had to be careful tightening.:mug:

My kegerator has a little less than 5 feet per keg(two taps) of beer line. I get a lot of foam. I was looking at replacing them with longer lines. Is the "Ultra Barrier Silver Beer Hose" worth it? I was looking at this(and the price isn't much different than morebeer.com)...

It seems fine today. I setup a ping script in my crontab on my FreeNas box. It's always on, so it pings the brewpi server every 5 minutes. I think it was still working(the Arduino), just the RasPi was losing connection or going to sleep. I didn't update anything on it though...so not sure...
