    For Sale Greensboro/Winston NC area

That's what people keep telling me.. :) I have a 7.9 gal speidel plastic fermenter, 5 gal glass carboy and a quarter barrel keg that I converted to a fermenter to try my hand at pressurized fermentation. I'll eventually get a full inventory of everything posted. Figured I'd try my luck first...

    For Sale Greensboro/Winston NC area

Sorry, didn't mean to break the forum rules! I'd be willing to part with all of it for $1500. I also have a nice counterflow wort chiller, stir plate (not homemade), multiple fermenters and lots of other accouchements. Would prefer to sell it all together but willing to negotiate.

    For Sale Greensboro/Winston NC area

Any homebrewers in the Greensboro/Winston area looking to purchase some gear? I have a RIMS keggle system that I'd like to sell. With a 4 and 2 year old I have exactly zero time to brew these days. If you are local and want to swing by to take a look and talk price let me know. Lots of other...

Irish Stout Ode To Arthur, Irish Stout (Guinness Clone)

So I read BierMuncher's third post on this thread, "I'd imagine that changing the grains ratio from 65% Pale, 25% Flaked Barley and 10% Roasted Barley to 70%, 25%, 5% would tame down and mellow the flavor", and decided to try just that. I put it into beersmith and my SRM was low. I heard on a...

Stainless Steel Table RIMS Build (lots of pics)

Hey paulegli, I just built my rims controller with the same ebrewsupply kit and PID as yours. I am having trouble dialing in the controller to maintain a constant temp. I was hoping that A) even though this is an old thread, you are still brewing with this setup and are happy with it, and B) you...

My team was dominant. That Ahole cost me $300!! (Mod Edit for swearing. Sorry, we got a report of someone swearing...

    % Crystal in American Amber

Trying to put together a grain bill for an amber. Looking at mostly 2 row, a small percentage of munich and enough crystal to get my SRM up to around 15 or so. Trouble is, that requires over 10% crystal. What is the most crystal you would use in an amber grist?

Three vessel e-keggle bottom drain herms pics

You're the man. Thanks for following up. The plan is to use a bottom drain keggle with a RIMS system. Building the RIMS controller now. Eventually I'll get to converting the keggle and slapping legs on it after I polish it up all pretty like yours.
